With a vision to cater to the residential and commercial housing needs of the country, Mr. Gaus Uddin Khan established ASSURANCE Developments Ltd. in 2003.

The company successfully completed a number of exclusive residential projects in different prime locations of the city.

With the unification of quality, commitment of delivering excellence, superior customer service and ethical business practice, the company, within a very short time, became one of the leading Real Estate companies of Bangladesh with ISO Certification (ISO 9001 : 2008) and REHAB member.

Message From Chairman

Mr. Gaus Uddin Khan

I have had a difficult start in my life. The road I had to take was not an easy one, but I believe that it was my duty to travel down this path as the sole breadwinner of my family.

I lost my father while I was still doing my SSC and a great responsibility was placed on my shoulder from a young age. My first job was a proof reader for a printing press with a starting salary of Tk80. With this salary, and the money I earned from students I tutored, I supported my family and paid for my tuition in Dhaka University.

I struggled and spent many sleepless nights to become who I am. I truly believe that with hard work and dedication, anyone can be successful. Now I am 64 years old, but I can still work like I did when I was 25.

REZINA GAUS

Vice-Chairman, Assurance Developments Limited

Rezina Gaus has completed B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from the University of Dhaka. Mr. Gaus U Khan chairman of ASSURANCE Moni Group married her in 1983. Since the beginning of her journey into the business world, she accompanied Mr. Gaus U Khan, on his initial visits to England to buy photo composition machines from Linotype in 1987. Since Mr. Khan established Moni Sweater in 1993, she supported him and gave her full-time effort to RMG-related fairs like BATEXPO, as well as various other international fairs in Europe: Germany, UK, Netherlands, Switzerland, and France. She traveled widely with Mr. Khan and has interacted with buyers and suppliers alike to expand her knowledge of the business world.

She is the Vice-Chairman of ASSURANCE Moni Group, looking after the company's Finance and implementation of policies and is in charge of the Interior Design and Development department of ASSURANCE Developments Ltd. Being a proud mother of five sons, Rezina Gaus is also a successful homemaker. She looks after both her family and the Assurance Family as well. She is also in charge of cultural events and programs where the company regularly participates and sponsors
